Anxiety Disorders: Do you experience a lot of anxiety in social situations? Do you worry a lot? Do you have intrusive, unwanted thoughts? I can help you learn how to approach the things you worry about while gaining confidence in your ability to solve problems and live a fulfilling life.
Emotion Management: Do experience intense emotions that you feel like come out of nowhere? Do you feel like you don't respond to them well? Do your intense emotions stick around for a long time and it's hard to just keep doing what you want to do? I can teach you specific behavioral skills to feel like you got this!
Depression: Do you find yourself not taking care of yourself, or feeling sad more often than not? This is a painful place to be. There are skillful ways to engage with life again and find meaning to move forward.
SPACE: Are you a parent of an anxious teen or adult and want to do your part in changing how they manage their anxiety? I have specific training to help parents in this area, whether your kid wants to be involved or not! I have additional training for parents of kids with ARFID, and for parents of young adults that are considered "failure to launch".
Grief and loss: We all have changes in our lives that that would benefit from some coaching or skills on how to navigate them better, whether it be from relationship loss, job loss, or any significant change in our lives.
